Project details:

The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) contracted with LTG Associates to provide monitoring and evaluation capacity building to a cohort of 23 grantees. With funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) NACCHO awarded grants to organizations working to prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID among RIM populations across the U.S. LTG worked with NACCHO to design and implement assessment, tracking, and support processes, ensuring that all grantees received needed and desired support. A key purpose of the projects was to ensure that RIM communities had access to appropriate and trusted information, and that health services were engaged in ways that could results in enduring relationships supporting community wellness collaboration.
