Ethnography is a tool frequently utilized by anthropologists to observe, record, and analyze the workings of a culture, society, or organization. An important feature of good ethnography is to be able to relate disparate elements through a connecting logic. LTG has conducted ethnographic work across the decades over a range of topics in a variety of complex contexts. LTG is a senior provider of qualitative research, generally using the tools of observation, interviews, discussions, video sources and focus groups to gather data about often complex and frequently sensitive issues. Examples of both qualitative and ethnographic work are provided below.
